Station request centre

Admin only

Manage listener requests kept in this Website’s own station-scoped queue. It never reveals the anonymous browser HMAC. Optional RadioBOSS delivery sends new requests and their messages using this station’s API connection.

Public request settings

Open public requests

The public module must be enabled separately in the station profile. Turning intake off leaves historic requests unchanged. The limits are enforced only with an anonymous, station-specific browser HMAC; no IP address or browser fingerprint is stored.

Accept new listener requests for this station Show listener request messages publicly with the current song

One switch for all request messages of this station. Messages appear with a matching current song after confirmed RadioBOSS delivery. Turn this off to keep messages visible only to the station team and RadioBOSS.

Send new requests and messages directly to RadioBOSS

Uses this station’s saved RadioBOSS API connection and private SongSync lookup. Existing requests are not sent. Unconfirmed deliveries are not retried automatically; check RadioBOSS before resubmitting.

Visitor cooldown (minutes)0 disables the interval between two requests from the same browser. Artist repeat window (minutes)0 allows another open request from the same artist immediately. Maximum open requests per visitor Maximum open queue size
